recovery program

I need to know if there is a windows xp recovery master
disk I can purchase. I need it for work to help try and
fix some down computers.

Most recovery systems/software MUST be installed prior to the "crashing" of
the hard drive.

Normally, you can "try" to do a "repair installation" of Windows XP over top
the installed version of XP. You will need the same installation media and
XP CD key used to originally instal the XP. Then, after the repair install
has gotten the XP to start up correctly again, you will need to apply
any/all service packs (SP1) and re-do anny/all Windows Updates.
