Recovery Partiton

I bought a new dell pc in october , but formatted the drive and lost the
recvoery partion.
Im wanting to create it again , ive got all the driver and the OS from dell,
and Ghost Ver 10 , Dell said this is possible to recreate a recvoery partion
, but wont tell me how and they gurantee it.
so can anybody out there help me recreate a partion , so i can jus enter
that partiton and reinstall the OS and all the progs back.

The recovery partition is created by Dell. You won't be able to do it
yourself.
