the FAQ's to see what it does
ie it could give options for 1) Destructive recovery 2) Repair recovery or
similar
Tricia - Many computer manufacturers install a "restore" partition which
contains the original applications and programs that came with the computer.
Usually the restore option is initiated by pressing either F10 or F11 at
boot - if this sounds familiar to your situation then any files (data)
created prior to the restore function (after computer put into service) are
gone.
