Recovery of Outlook Program

I accientally opened a program that started to install
Outlook 2002. I stopped it as soon as I realized what was
happening. When I opened Outlook the next time, I had
lost my Outlook, and all the files, everything. I waould
like to know if there is any way to recover my old
Outlook.
