recovery of embedded file

Hi,

I was working on word document A.doc. It has b.xls embedded as icon. I
opened the b.xls and then changed the contents of that , saved b.xls. Then i
closed A.doc without saving. Now when i open the b.xls from a.doc , i am not
getting the changes of b,xls. Can i recover b.xls some how? I was working on
office 2003

Hi YIguchi,

If you didn't save the changes, there's nothing for the system to recover.
