Recovery of E-mail accounts

Is it possible to recover e-mail settings including passwords.

I have a new computer and there are a couple of e-mail accounts that I
cannot access basically because I cannot remember the passwords. The hard
disc that was in the old computer is now in my new computer as a slave drive
and nothing has been deleted. I am using Outlook 2000.
Can anybody help please?

Given your description (i.e., having the old hard drive mounted in the new
PC), chances are good that you won't be able to recover the passwords.
