Recovery file from encrypt file by EFS of Windows XP Pro

I use Encrypting File System (EFS)of Windows XP to encrypt
my data. Few days ago, my computer have a problem. So i
recovery operating system by CDROM (format partition), and
now i can't access to my files.
Please tell me how to solve that problem. I used Advanced
EFS Data Recovery 1.3 program but i can't.

Do you have your exported EFS key ?
Were you in an uplevel domain ?
Do you have a backup that included current complete
profile of the account that encrypted the files?
If no to all of the above the files are gone.

What is "Advanced EFS Data Recovery 1.3 program"
