Recovery console (XP)

When in the recovery console i type the following in:
cd \windows/system32/restore
rstrui.exe

I'm trying to select a date i can set my PC too, however
when i type the last line of the command in (rstrui.exe)
it says this is not a valid command or something like
that. What do i need to type to get it to run this .exe
file?

Hello Edd,
You cannot run exe files in Recovery Console.
This is a tool limited to the commands that are supplied with with.
Type help to see the list of commands available in Recovery Console
