Recovering permanently deleted items

when i choose the option DWORD under this path :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Options

i get an error message :" Cannot create value : Error writing to the
register "

Can anyone please help me with this ?
 
It appears that you haven't logged on with an account with Administrator
