Recovering missing fonts

Some of the fonts I used to use have gone missing from
Word. I haven't changed my printer (HP Deskjet 930c) and
the Driver is up to date. All I have done is install
Windows XP HE Service Pack 2 and applied regular Office
updates. How can I get the fonts back? Thanks
