Recovering Lost/Missing Microsoft Outlook Template

A

AD

I'm new to using this forum and apologize in advance if a thread already
exists regarding this topic (I did try searching before creating a new thread
and didn't find one).

My computer was negligently zeroed out back to almost-factory settings
yesterday by a computer technician I'd hired to run diagnostics for me, and
after finally getting my archived Outlook info restored to my system by
Microsoft technicians earlier today (they retrieved it from my backup system)
I discovered this evening while re-creating all of my original preferences
and personal settings that my favroite stationery template was missing from
the stationery list: "Citrus Punch."

Does anyone know how/where I can obtain that particular template, and then
how to go about restoring it into my Outlook?

Thanks!

Outlook 2003 or previous?
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> button Stationery Picker...-> Citrus
Punch

If it is not available, run Office Setup again-> Add/Remove features->
Advanced Setup-> Expand Outlook-> select the Stationery to be installed.
