Recovering lost email messages

Using Outlook 2000.

I created 2 personal folders for the same stuff by accident. I deleted one.
I have since been moving mail to the deleted folder by mistake (it still
appears in the 'move to' folders list).

When I look at the create new folder wizard, Outlook shows this folder as a
subfolder of Deleted Items but it does not appear in the main view.

My question is can I get the mails back from this folder and how?

If you show the full folder list does it show up?

What version of Outlook are you using?
