Hi,
Apon leaving the company, a users domain account was deleted. We
found out later that she deleted all her files, once we search docs and
settings.
My question is, is it possible to retrieve documents from her recycle bin
after her domain account has been deleted?

If the data was stored on the server, you should be able to get it back from
backup. It won't be recoverable from the recycle bin if it was deleted
across the network. If it was local data, you should be able to get it back
using something like www.undelete.com . Do it soon before the computer has
been used a lot.

It actually only has to be rebooted once for the info to be gone locally.

Nearly anything stored locally and deleted locally can be recovered using
this software, presuming not too much time has passed or too many people
have used the computer in the meantime. Other than doing a low-level disk
format, totally deleting stuff is actually pretty hard to do....

I agree. There is a profession called forensics. And disk forensics could probably access almost anything. But in the general scheme of things reboot and the info is gone. Incase is what $15,000 and available only to the law enforcement community.
