Recovering from deleting IE6

Unfortunately, IE6 (XP sp1) was deleted via Add/Remove
Programs. Now unable to log into Windows.
Unsuccessfully, tried to copy file (msgina.dll) and
restore via floppy. Any hope to recover from this while
minimizing affects? Thanks.....TAB
