Recovering files deleted from Recycle Bin

I use Windows XP Home. I deleted a folder yesterday,
which sent it to the recycle bin. Later, I emptied the
recycle bin. I now want to recover that folder,
including the files in the folder. Does anyone know how
to do that? This just happened yesterday, so the file
space probably has not been over written.
