Recovering email from .ost file

need help

Can anyone tell me a way of onverting ost files so that I
can access the emails held within. I am no computer
expert and searches from the web have only offered
companies doing corporate recoveries.
 
If you've got an "orphaned" OST file (can't open it up offline in the
original mail profile for which it was created so you can export to PST),
you will need www.exchangerecovery.com
