recovering deleted items

I recently deleted some video clips from my Adobe
Premiere Pro into my recycle bin. Once the clips were in
my recycle bin, I accidentally left clicked and emptied
the recycle bin. This is very bad, as I realized that I
need those clips to finish several video projects I am
working on for school. Is there anyway to retreive
deleted items once the recycle bin has been emptied? I
already tried system restore, and it didn't work. I
desparately need assistance, if anyone has any info.

System Restore did not restore the files since System Restore is not
intended to restore personal files.
