Recovering Deleted Files

Anyone, HELP!
I have recently deleted an important document and am
desperately needing to know how I can recover it.
Anyone?

Please send me an email to (e-mail address removed) for any
suggestions. Thank you
 
The document should be in the recycle bin. If it is not there, and you have
Norton Utilities/SystemWorks installed, you may be able to use the UnErase
wizard.

If none of the above works, then your document is GONE.



BTW: This is a newsgroup, not a support forum, and the suggestions will
appear only here!
Also, now that your email address is "public", be ready for a
huge load of SPAM and virus attack.
