recovering data

My hard drive "broke" and the tech tells me that they
can't recover any data bucause so i loose all my
contacts. Is there any way to recover my data from my
outlook?

Ummm... if your data is on the hard drive from which the technician told you
no data could be retrieved, I would wager the answer is no. Use one of the
recent backups of your Outlook Data file.
