Recovering Access 2002 data file w/out Workgroup Adminstrator file

I have an Access 2002 database file and the Workgroup
Administrator file has been deleted. Since the Workgroup
Administrator file controls all user permissions I now can
not access the datafile. Is there a way to recover the
data in the Access database file or have I lost it?

If you have written records of the parameters used to create the
original workgroup file, then just create a new workgroup file using
the same parameters.

Did you delete the mdw file or are you saying you can't find the Workgroup
Adminstrator Program. If it is the latter, the workgroup administrator is
built-in to the 2002 Tools menu.
