Recovering a permanently deleted folder

I am on an exchange server and accidentally deleted a folder & emptied my
deleted items. When I try to recover the folder I get and error saying it
can't be done because I don't hve permissions to do that. Any thoughts?

If I were in your shoes, I'd speak the the IT people at work.
