recovering a blocked domain

Accidentially I blocked a friends domain and now cannot receive any emails
from him. I added his email addresses to the safe senders list and nothing
has worked. can anyone assist in unblocking this domain??? Thank you.
 
Remove the domain from the Blocked Senders list:
You'll find it under Tools, Junk E-mail options.
