Hello,

I have forgotten the password for personal folders / .PST file for outlook.
Is there a way to recover the password?
Thanks

I am having the same trouble with not being able to remember the password to
get into outlook. I tried to download the exe and run the PST... line
however it gives me an error that reads "Windows cannot find 'PST19UPG'.
Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." I have tried
several times and keep getting the same message. Any other ideas I can try
to get past the password???

Then you are not entereing the command correctly. Open a command prompt
window and CD to the folder containing the PST19UPG executable, then enter
the command.

Make sure you make a copy of your PST _before_ running the command, just in
case. I'd also hesitate running it on a Unicode (i.e., Outlook 2003/2007
format) PST. That tool was written before Unicode format PSTs were
invented.
