Recover of outlook mails

I had formatted my hard disk due to crash
how can i get the lost mails from my fromatted hard disk
Operating system is XP
Outlook IS 2007
 
If you formated the disk everything is gone, or did you backup data to
somewhere?
 
Hi,

contact your local tech,
as per a blog note , you can retreive the e-mail if you havent re-written
any data on the drive. You might have seen in movies ( but its technology-
its true).
It might expensive though
