Recover Internet Favorites

I want to recover some Internet Favorites that were lost on 07/21/04. No were to be found. Its not in the recycling bin nothing. How can I recover them
 
Did you look in C:\Doc and Settings\Your Name\Favorites Folder?

Download Recover My Files from www.recovermyfiles.com. Do a search
specifically for deleted Internet Favorites and see what comes up.
