Recover deleted table

Hi to all, I need your help...

Is it possible to recover a deleted table in Access 2000?

I read elsewhere that is possible, but only if you've never closed the mdb
file...
Unfortunately this is not my case, anyone can help me?

I would look at this article first:

Since the database has been closed you may be out of luck, but there is no harm in at least trying
the procedure at this point.

Good luck and remember that this is why a good backup routine is a must in database development.
