Recover deleted report from backup ?

I deleted a report from my database.

I would like to recover it from a backed up version of the same database.

How do I "copy" the report from the backup to my current version ?

On the File menu, choose Get External | Import.
In the dialog, select the backup mdb.
It's then easy to import the report.
