If the profile is actually deleted from the operating system where it no
longer shows under the document and settings folder, you will have to use a
third party recovery program to try to gain access to needed files within
that profile. There are many available and most have a free trial version
which may be limited in number or size of files it can recover. If you just
need a new profile for the user, one will be generated when he logs on. ---
