Recover Deleted Items empty!!

I have emptied my deleted items several times today and have just attempted
to recover one fo those deleted items, only to discover that my recover
deleted items area is completly empty. Whatever I clear out of my deleted
items is just disappearing and not getting to my recover area. Any ideas?

That's a question best asked of your Exchange admins. They control the
retention period.
