recover deleted files

Windows 2000, ALL files (not directories) deleted from "My
Documents" folder. Cannnot find way to recover
or "undelete" them. Help.

If they are not in recovery console, you may be able to download a third
party utility from the internet to assist in recovering files. Microsoft
does not provide a utility for this operation, that is what recycle bin is
for.
Now I am assuming that these are files that you saved in the folder and not
the default files. If it is the default files, you can copy these files
from another users profile if you are the administrator.
