recover deleted email

We have outlook 2003. My husband shift deleted the deleted items. However,
the deleted items did not delete. The inbox deleted. Can I find the inbox
emails somewhere on my computer?

Shift-Delete is _permanent_ and it's highly likely you will not be able to
recover the data. However, see this:
