recover corrupt pst

hi!
does anyone have experience with coruppted pst files?

i have a ~2gb pst file, it's not possible to import it into outlook
i tried different tools
scanpst.exe with the ms tool pst2gb to shrink the file
no success scanpst makes some changes to the file after the shrinking
but the import in outlook stops short before ending ....

i tried the tool outlookrecovery from www.officerecovery.com
the trial version worked, it makes 3 smaller files from the big one
but after the import i get the message i have to buy the full version
blah blah

i tried the full version then, but in that case the actions on the file
do not succeed, i get the message "internal product error" :(

any ideas?

thx

Try alternating Scanpst.exe with Scandisk.exe or another disk repair tool 3-4 times.

Don't import. Just open the PSTs with File>Open>Outlook Data File.
