Recover Calendar

My hard drive crashed and I have my Calendar and Contacts backed up on my
iPod. I can find the folders on the iPod, but how can I transfer them back
to Outlook? I tried Import using iCalendar and it allows one at a time, is
this the best solution? Thank you.
 
Actually, it doesn't even allow importing with iCalendar, I was mistaken.
Now I'm really confused?
