recordlocking - .ldb file

Hi,

I have two Access databases. For one of the db's MS
Access creates no record-locking file (.ldb) when I open
it.
For the other one I does create a ldb file.

Because this gives problems with some vba code I wrote, I
need to find out how to disable the record-locking.

Does anybody has an idea?

Thanks

You can't disable record locking ... you can change the type of record
locking, but I doubt that would help you. What code are you having trouble
with?
