recording to cd

Hi there
I am trying to record a movie on to a cdr disc but
even though i have an internal cd and dvd rewritable
drive , the computer is telling me it cannot detect
anything. i have tried 3 different discs so that isnt the
problem.
Has anyone any ideas??

I get the same problem. And it tells me it can't save my
movie anywhere, even on my computer! HELP!!!!!

particular the "Can't save a movie" section
