Recording a macro

Hello, I am having trouble recording a macro. It keeps telling me something about installing a VBA. Where can I find this download?
 
VBA is Excel's macro language. You probably choose to not install it
when you installed Excel. You will have to insert your install CDs and
choose to add VBA to the installation.
