Recommendations

I have some recommendations Microsoft could implement to
improve AntiSpyware -

1. The file menu doesn't appear to work like other
Microsoft applications. I have to click on each menu,
whereas in MS Office I can click on 'File', and then go
to 'View' or 'Edit' simply by dragging the mouse.

2. When using 'Tracks Eraser' it would be useful to have a
percentage bar to see the application working, rather than
just 'Please wait'.

3. When AntiSpyware has detected spyware, it requires the
user to close down Internet Explorer so the spyware can be
removed. It would be useful if a user could specify that
IE re-opens at the page you were at when the task has been
completed.

4. It would be useful if the 'Tracks Eraser' could be
scheduled like automatic updates is for Antispyware.

5. Being notified that new Antispyware definitions have
been installed on my computer is a good feature, however
it would be better if a small icon appeared in the Taskbar
like with SUS or Automatic Updates, and not a large pop-up
appearing at the bottom right of my screen!

6. When installing and starting AntiSpyware it would be
good if the user could specify what time they would like
to check for updates, instead of a default of 11am.

options, settings, go to AutoUpdater. Can change it from
there, but i agree it should be sorted in the setup too
