From my research so far the Samsung printers seem to be of very good
quality. Brother laser printers in your price range are also very
good.
I would suggest staying away from Okidata because of the high price of
their separate image drums. When doing single page printing the image
drum can require replacement suprisingly fast, so it's better to
bundle it with the toner like most printers do.
