is there a way to set microsoft outlook e-mails up to
reciving emails from people that r in my contacts and a
few or e-mails thats i want to recivie from people.

Are you saying you want a "safe list"? That is a list of people from whom
you will accept mail and messages from anyone else are rejected. What
version of Outlook?
