recieving emails

I get a square with a red cross in it where the pictures should be when
recieving emails. I have already unchecked the box in the options tab that
says "DONT DOWNLOAD PICTURES AUTOMATICLLY. Does anyone have any other
suggestions.
 
Version of Office-Outlook? Tools, Options, Mail Format, Internet Format, make
sure there's a check by 'When a Html message......show a copy instead of
....location.'
