Recherche equivalent msoutl9.olb pour outlookup express

Avec access97 ( VB ) on peut générer un Mail en utilisant la librairie
msoutl8.olb pour Outlook.

Je cherche l'équivalent pour utiliser Outlook express.
 
Outlook Express only supports Simple MAPI. It does not have a
programming object model.
