Recently used list in the Options General tab is disabled.

The Recently used list in the Options General tab is disabled.
I reinstalled/repaired Access 2003 with no success.
Also, Can anyone please tell me how to turn off the Office Clipboard.
Help tells me to select Options and uncheck something but I
find no Options menu anywhere near the Office Clipboard,
I've right clicked, left clicked hit every key on then keyboard....
