Recently installed MS word 2003 and it crashes lots

Am using MS Office Word 2003 (11.6568.6568) SP@ and it is crashing at least
once every 20 minutes. Have used Word 2003 for over a year, but recently
installed a new release and have used MS office update service. No help
there.
