Right click on the Start button--> Properties --> "Customize" button -->
"Advanced" tab --> "Clear list" button at the bottom. You can also uncheck
the box so that they don't get listed there.
Or go into C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\*your name*\recent and delete the files (It might show up as "My Recent Documents" in there.) The shortcuts go
here even if you unchecked the box as describe above.
