recent documents increase and file menu

Is there a way to increase the number of recent documents in the file menu
area?
 
in the database window, on the menu bar, click Tools | Options | General
tab, and look for "Recently used file list".

you'll find this setting in the same place in the other Office software
programs also, at least in Office 2003 Professional.

That sounds like a Microsoft Word question. If so the answer will be
easier to find in a Word newsgroup. This is a Microsoft Access (the
professional database) newsgroup.

I suggest you also proved the version and name of the program you are
using as the answer to your question depends on that information.
