Recent Documents Folder

My recent documents in start-documents does not hold onto
the recent documents that I have opened. It just shows
the one I currently have open. I'm sure it's something
simple, just can't find it. Any help???

Start / Run / gpedit.msc / ok
Clear history of recently opened documents on exit
User Configuration\AdministrativeTemplates\Start Menu & Taskbar

or

ClearRecentDocsOnExit
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
