Receiving Task Requests

When I receive a task request it comes in as a normal email with no Accept of
Decline buttons or tabls etc.

Why is this?
 
You're probably not on the same Exchange server as the original sender and
somewhere between sending and receiving a mail server or virus scanner
converts/corrupts the message.
