receiving replies

I have sent numerous messages but when people try to reply they get their
message returned. How do I get to accept replys? Is there part of the
program that can do such a thing? I have all people in "safe" lists so they
should have their reply sent directly through. Thank you anyone.

Mare sure your "Reply Email" or "Reply to:" address matches your real
incoming email address. You didn't mention which version of Outlook you're
using, so I can't tell you the exact path to this setting in your email
account.
