receiving mail

When I receive mail I get this message:
Message number 1 could not be retrieved. Account:'pop.att.yahoo", Server
'pop.att.com' Protocol: Pop 3, Server Response: '-Err problem retrieving
message. Port: 995, Secure (SSL): Yes Server Error:

Does anyone know how to fix this error?

And what is the numbers that come after that sentence above ????
 
It means there is a 'stuck' email on the server.
Log in via webmail (http://mail.yahoo.com), sort the messages there
by date, delete the oldest one that hasn't downloaded. Close webmail.
Try Windows Mail again.

Like in any other email service, in Yahoo Mail go to the Inbox and click on the
'Date' column header.
