Receiving Errors and Blue Screens

Hi,

I have been trying my best to figure this out as to why this is happening,
but I am just drawing a blank. Periodically, I get the BSOD and I get one of
2 errors, either a Bad_Pool_Header or a KMixer error. Any ideas as to what
causes this and how I can fix it?
